Possible reasons that hinders you from accessing any website is as follows.
a) You are disconnected from the Internet. You can check it by looking at the internet connection icon as mentioned below. Double click on the icon to check its connection status.
b) Delete temporary Internet files, cookies and history to restore default settings.
Open Internet Explorer click on the TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS.
Click on the delete cookies, delete files and clear history tabs.
